With over 15 years of experience working in the health sector including time training as an osteopath, his entrepreneurial flare has been central to the growth of Phoenix Healthcare Group. Indy is passionate about healthcare and the wellbeing of people and encourages a healthy working environment.
Elaine has over 15 years’ experience in the health sector. Her background is in Operations Management and Administration Management - working with Quality Improvement, Policy and HR. She is process-driven and is a motivator and a new-ideas person.
Lynda brings a wealth of experience to the Phoenix team. Her experience in the health sector includes medical and surgical work plus several years of management and teaching. After three years working on the Chatham Islands Lynda returned to Christchurch and continued nursing and completed her post-grad studies - one of which was Healthcare and Industry Auditing which she has a real passion for.
Steph has been involved in healthcare since the late 1980s, starting out as a Nurse Aid in Christchurch before training as a Paramedic in the UK with the NHS. Working in a large UK city environment, exposed Steph to a variety of first aid situations and challenges, from managing multiple casualty scenes to extracting cats from under patients’ beds.
Monique is our friendly Australian Receptionist/Administrator who joined the Phoenix healthcare team in August 2020. Monique is excited about her new career in the healthcare Industry. Monique comes to us with diverse reception, customer service and administration experience from both the UK and Australia.
Olivia comes to us with many years’ experience in the health and insurance sector bringing with her a valued skillset from her previous and varied roles. Oliva has a can-do attitude that suits the busy and demanding role of a client coordinator.
Harry joined Phoenix Healthcare in Nov 2020 and has become an integral part of it with his skills and passion for healthcare industry. With a smiling face, he works with our clients and staff to provide best quality care all the times.
Neha looks after the financial health of Phoenix healthcare. With Masters in Accounts, she is detailed oriented and passionate about her role and likes to play with numbers.
